    RECEIVING YOUR PROOFS, RETOUCHED PHOTOS AND PRINTS

    How long will it take to receive my wedding or engagement photos?
    Retouching typically takes 30-80 days, depending on the season and other factors. After retouching, please allow an additional 10-30 days for your prints to be ready.

     

    BREAKS AND MEALS

    Do I need to provide refreshments or a meal for the photographer?
    For events lasting over 4 hours, the client agrees to provide refreshments or a meal. Weddings, in particular, must provide a meal by default. If the event photography requires 6 hours or more, the photographer reserves the right to a 30-45 minute rest period.

     

    COLORS AND STYLES

    Can I choose the colors and style of my photos?
    By choosing Les Rêveurs Photographie, you acknowledge and agree to the style and colors used by the photographer. The photographer has the right to choose the colors based on personal preference.

     

    RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

    Can Les Rêveurs Photographie use my photos for promotional purposes?
    By choosing Les Rêveurs Photographie, the customer also gives the contractor the right to use edited photos for their web presentation (website, Facebook, Instagram and others) or printed materials as an example of their work or for the purposes of promoting their services.

    Can I ask Les Rêveurs Photographie to remove a photo from their website or social media?
    Yes, if you are in an unflattering pose or position in the photo or captured in intimate or otherwise personal situations, you have the right to ask Les Rêveurs Photographie to remove the photo from their website or Facebook. The contractor undertakes to comply with such a request within the shortest possible time after receiving it.

    Can I change the date of my photography session?
    You can change your date due to the weather or for personal reasons if Les Rêveurs Photographie is available on the new date.

    * CHANGES AND EXCEPTIONS

    What if there is a force majeure event or personal emergency and I need to postpone my photography session? In case of force majeure (especially regulations of public administration bodies of the France and other countries restricting the course of the wedding day), the client is entitled to postpone the date of the events to a new date in the same year without any fee. You may also be able to switch your session date because of weather or personal reasons, so long as no other sessions are scheduled that day and it works for the photographer.

     

    PRICING

    Does the pricing change every year?
    Yes, every new year, the price increases by 5% due to inflation.

     

    CLIENT’S COOPERATION

    What if I don’t cooperate with the photographer?
    Deliverable items and shots are contingent upon the client performing actions and cooperating with the photographer. The photographer is not liable if the client’s neglect leads to a compromise of what has been agreed upon (i.e., agreeing to take photos of a bride getting ready, but she does not make herself available for the time). The photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.

     

    DIGITAL FILES AND EXTRA PRINTS

    How will I receive my photos and can I order additional prints?
    All files will ordinarily be sent digitally through Dropbox and will be made available for download. Any additional prints or edited photos ordered are non-refundable, whether or not the client decides to keep them.
